I’ve taken photographs for more than ten years now, going through different styles and colors, using all kinds of cameras, from the little Sony W15 to another little Sony and then to a Nikon 5100, but also using different smartphones that happen to be in my hands at the right moments.
One night you make a wish, then you make another one and hope to see them becoming reality as dreams do come true if you’re willing to work for them and never strop dreaming 🙂
Just when making the first wish a reality and dreaming for the second one, I’ve decided to upgrade this play with colors and photographs to a new level and go more into the concerts and events photography than before. Sport and competitions will continue to be in my focus as well as street photography and travelling, but from now on, you’ll see more and more concerts captured by me.
The first wish was to see Coldplay live on Wembley. Easier to say than done… if your are living in Romania… in 2013… when the band just decided it’s time to take a long break from performing on big stadiums. And indeed, it was a long wait till the summer of 2016. Some of the pictures, a bit shady and unclear but full of great memories and energy are here.
And just when making this wish a dream come true, I found another one. So, the second wish is to have the chance to photograph Coldplay properly and with a better camera than this year’s Sony Z5 smartphone. I would love to join them for a concert (or even an entire tour :)) and photographing some of their amazing moments, cause they are AMAZING live.
Hope that this wish becomes reality. And a bit faster than 3 years.
